L415 straight seam submerged arc welded steel pipe is formed using JCOE steel pipe, with one weld seam and submerged arc welding process. The specification range is from 325mm to 1420mm. When the diameter of the straight seam submerged arc welded pipe is greater than 914.4, the standard allows the steel pipe to have two straight welds. The products of straight seam submerged arc welded pipes shall comply with the low-pressure fluid steel pipe standard of GB/T3091-2008, the execution standard of GB/T9711.1 (2) -1997 for petroleum and natural gas pipelines, and the execution standard of ASTM A252 for welded structural steel pipes.
