Q235B Spiral steel pipe

Description

Description: Spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes (SY5036-83) for pressurized fluid transportation are mainly used for pipelines transporting oil and gas; Spiral seam high-frequency welded steel pipe (SY5038-83) for pressure fluid transportation, welded by high-frequency lap welding method, is used for pressure fluid transportation. Steel pipes are under pressure and have good plasticity, making them easy to weld and process into shape; Spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes (SY5037-83) are commonly used for low-pressure fluid transportation. They are made using double-sided automatic submerged arc welding or single-sided welding methods and are used for general low-pressure fluid transportation such as water, gas, air, and steam.

The commonly used standards for spiral steel pipes nowadays are generally divided into: SY/T5037-2000 (ministerial standard, also known as spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipes for ordinary fluid transportation pipelines), GB/T9711.1-1997 (national standard, also known as delivery technical conditions for petroleum and gas industry transportation steel pipes: steel pipes (up to now, the strict requirements include GB/T9711.2 Class B steel pipes), API-5L (petroleum association, also known as pipeline steel pipes; which are divided into two levels: PSL1 and PSL2), and SY/T5040-92 (spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipes for piles).
