Engineering palm

Description

Structural features:

This series of drill bits adopts high toughness hard alloy teeth, and adopts optimized tooth arrangement structure design for tooth arrangement, tooth number, and exposed tooth height, fully tapping into the cutting ability of embedded drill bits.

The use of welding materials between the tooth palm runway and the second stop friction pair reduces the temperature rise of the friction surface, resulting in a longer working life.

Adopting a new type of tooth palm and tooth wheel diameter retaining material, the tooth palm adopts a symmetrical full diameter retaining structure, reducing friction between the back of the tooth palm and the well bore wall, protecting the tooth palm tip and sealing, enhancing work stability, and increasing the quality of the well bore wall.

Adopting vacuum oil injection method to reduce bearing pair wear.

Steel ball locking teeth to adapt to higher rotational speeds.
